This is a collection of guitar drone / dark ambient compositions collectively known at various points as the "Psychic Negation" series of compositions. Recorded between 2011 and 2015 (with some core elements originally recorded back in 2008), the initial idea of these compositions was this thought: There are plenty of books, concepts, procedures on the enhancement of psychic phenomenon and abilities, so (starting under the assumption that psychic phenomena is real and quantifiable, which Lithium Industries has no position in confirming or denying), then should not psychic NEGATION also be a valued concept as well? The ability to guard oneself from psychic intrusion, analysis, or even beneficial effects of psychic phenomenon would be a valuable trait to possess in such a situation...

Regardless of the somewhat heavy-handed conceptual theme (which I must admit is only slightly reflected in the actual music of the series), the ultimate goal of these songs, as one (and thus far only) reviewer put it, are designed to 'transform your listening area into a place in space'.

Included are the two tracks from the original 2011 "Psychic Negation" EP (the first being an extended 'original' mix exclusive to this release), a fifty-three dark ambient soundscape remix of the entire "Insomnia" dark ambient/industrial album (also released in 2011), a twenty-two minute drone released in 2014 dedicated to a concept found in the Dune novel series, and two experimental drone doom tracks recorded recently in 2015 (a 'short' version which was featured on the Lithium Industries Soundcloud and the 'original' version which featured a longer second half with more dark ambient/industrial elements).

Due to the nature of these recordings, best results are achieved through a good pair of headphones. Using earbud headphones might possibly distort the recording more than desired (for this reason, if you enjoy these compositions, please consider downloading them).
